Prayer for my job

Greetings Brother,

Myself preeti, resides in New Delhi and I belongs to a converted christian family. My faith on jesus helps me to come out from my day to day problems. But during some days I am facing a problem at my work place. My promotion is due for next Year in April'10. But my manager Neeraj Kumar is creating problem for me at my work place. Earlier I had a team of 5 people who used to respect each other a lot but now he has ruined all environment and keeps an eye on me. He has asked in team to everyone to tell him everything whatever we talk, whereever we go and whatever we do (even if we make a phone call to anyone) and work as a spy. My performance is very good and I don't give him any chance to pinpoint me for anything, but he had a problem that Earlier he wasn't my reporting manager because of myreporting manager resigned so I was the one who was senior in team and had direct reporting line to my senior manager but unfortunately my senior manager also resigned and when he went now Neeraj has promotion chances to becom senior manager so he has started doing whatever he feels good. I am very depressed because now team has stopped listen me and do whatever he says. They don't respect me even. Brother I am the only earner of my family and my mother and father are too old to uphold a family burden. My father has gone under bypass surgery in this year april and on 3rd novermber only my mother have been operated for catract surgery. I don't know what to do in this situation. Please help me out as I am getting restless and have no peace in mind. Seeking Jesus help.
